Description:
This moustached Imperial Guard feels superior anyone not in an Imperial uniform. When shopping in the civilian districts while off-duty, he feels free to take anything he wants without paying for it. Any complaints are silenced with a threatening, hostile tone. Incidentally, he also hates fish.

Details:
In the absence of Darth Vader throughout most of The Star Wars Holiday Special, this character goes a long way towards making up for it with his low, growling voice and nasty disposition.
