Alternate Names: Little Flash Gordon

Description: Rycar Ryjerd is a little guy who often hangs out in Chalmun’s Cantina, but not usually Ackmena’s Cantina. He can also sometimes be spotted in the streets of Mos Eisley, often running from some of the shady characters he deals with.

Details: The character of Rycar Ryjerd was invented after the fact for a little person at the cantina bar counter in Star Wars that the crew called “Little Flash Gordon”. He can be seen briefly in The Star Wars Holiday Special during the “Life On Tatooine” segment where, in a scene cut from the original Star Wars movie, he runs between the stilt-like legs of a very tall creature while being pursued by unknown assailants.
