This officer rose through the ranks with no little help from his cruel and sadistic nature. He often puts on an outward facade of civility and friendliness, but always with an underlying tone of hostility intended to generate fear. His men are usually as cold as he is. When assigned to search for Rebel suspects on Kashyyyk, he took the job with no hesitation about tearing each house apart if need be.
