This PTP track was originally never officially released anywhere. It was recorded in 1987 for the movie RoboCop, and about 60 seconds of it appear during the dance club scene in that film. But the track was never included on the RoboCop soundtrack album.
The story goes that Al Jourgensen was working on this track in the studio when Ogre from Skinny Puppy showed up, and Al had him spontaneously record vocals for it:
"...I was doing a song for the RoboCop soundtrack as P.T.P., when Ogre walked in. I get pretty psychotic in the studio, and I didn't even know who he was, but somebody said he was some singer from somewhere, so I just said 'hey man, make yourself useful, get in here and sing.'"
--Al Jourgensen, interview by Joe Radio from December 9, 1989
"The first time I ever worked with Ogre from Skinny Puppy, he, being the shy guy he is, was so quiet I never knew he was in the studio. Someone came up to me and whispered 'Do you know that Ogre's back there on the couch?' and I was like 'Good, I need a vocal track. Get in there and make yourself useful!' Without ever saying two words to the guy, I had him in the studio singing this thing that ended up on the soundtrack to RoboCop. It's listed under PTP. They wanted to use 'Over the Shoulder' from Ministry's 'Twitch' album but Warner Brothers wanted too much money for it so I cut them a deal at half the cost. Plus, I got to work on a film score."
--Al Jourgensen, unknown interview from 1990
On October 12, 2004 the song finally saw official release on the Ministry "Side Trax" compilation CD, which included the entirety of the "Rubber Glove Seduction" 12" as well.
