Show Me Your Spine (1987)

Rubber Glove Seduction single (1990)

PTP stands for "Programming The Psychodrill", a phrase taken from a JG Ballard collage. See the SF-references-in-music list or this page for further reference.

PTP began in 1987 as a side project of the group Ministry, and featured pounding dance beats and a popping, thunderous sound.

"I have a new sound that's just me, which is a new sound that nobody's ever done before called Programming The Psychodrill. That's me, a Marshall stack and a Fairlight, that's all. I'm starting from scratch, station wagon tour, no rock star. I'm just going to go out and break people's fucking eardrums if I can because if that's the only way I can make them open their eyes to what's going on that's what I'll do."

--Al Jourgensen, from an interview with IPSO FACTO, 1987
